Tuti Widiastuti, Doctor of Communication Sciences from Universitas Indonesia, earned her bachelor degree from Universitas Sahid and magister degree from Universitas Indonesia. After having several years of experience at private companies, Tuti decided to pursue her career in academic as a lecturer. Started as a lecturer at Universitas Sahid from 2000, Tuti also lectured irregularly at many other top-ranked universities such as Universitas Paramadia, Universitas Al-Azhar Indonesia, Universitas Terbuka, and Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. Hamka. Later on, she became a permanent lecturer at Universitas Bakrie.

Gelar pertamanya sebagai insinyur dalam bidang metalurgi diperolehnya tahun 1983 dari Universitas Indonesia. Melalui beasiswa yang diperoleh dari The British Council, ia mendapatkan dua gelar sekaligus yaitu MSc.Eng. dari University of Birmingham dalam bidang Proses Manufaktur dan Manajemen pada tahun 1988 dan gelar Ph.D. dalam bidang Ilmu dan Teknik Material pada tahun 1992.

Dudi Rudianto adalah dosen yang memiliki bidang kajian Manajemen Keuangan dan memiliki jabatan fungsional Lektor Kepala, serta telah bersertifikat Dosen Profesional dari Depdiknas. Dudi menyelesaikan pendidikan Sarjana, Magister dan Doktor masing-masing di bidang Manajemen Keuangan di STIE YPKP (1991), Magister Science Unpad (1999) dan Program Pascasarjana Unpad (2007).

Deffi Ayu Puspito Sari lulus dari Graduate School of Agricultural Science, Department of Resource and Environmental Economic, International Program of Human Security for Food and Agriculture, Laboratory of International Development Studies, Tohoku University, Japan dan menerima gelar Master dan Ph.D dalam bidang Biological Resource Science dan Agricultural Science. Gelar Ph.D diperoleh pada bulan Maret 2012 setelah menyelesaikan studi masternya pada laboratorium yang sama di tahun 2009. Di tahun 2004, Deffi mendapatkan gelar STP dari Insitut Pertanian Bogor.

 

Deffi  telah menjuarai berbagai kompetisi riset dan menerima hibah penelitian yaitu Tohoku Kaihatsu di tahun 2010 dan Iijima Foundation di tahun yang sama. Berbagai beasiswa telah berhasil diperolehnya selama masa pendidikan, diantaranya beasiswa dari Otsuka Toshimi Foundation, beasiswa dari Asahi Glass Company dan beasiswa dari Monbukagakusho Jepang.

Sejak Agustus 2015 Deffi menjadi Kepala Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengembangan Universitas Bakrie (LPP-UB). Setelah sebelumnya mengepalai Unit Pengembangan Bisnis di Universitas Bakrie. Deffi memiliki berbagai pengalaman kerja di berbagai bidang sebelum resmi menjadi pengajar Teknik Lingkungan di Universitas Bakrie. Deffi pernah mengajar di Sendai National College of Technology (Japan), sebagai asisten di Universitas Tohoku (Jepang), sebagai dosen tidak tetap di Institut Pertanian Bogor dan Universitas Pertahanan, sebagai konsultan untuk Promar Consulting, Japan. Sedangkanpada tahun 2009-2012 Deffi pernah menjadi asisten peneliti di International Program of Human Security dalam proyek Global 30 dan di tahun 2011-2012 Deffi tergabung dalam Tohoku University Hurdling Project yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan peran wanita dalam bidang teknologi dan kemasyarakatan. Deffi juga memiliki pengalaman mengajar di Berlitz Language Center, Sendai, Jepang (2006-2008). Di awal tahun 2005 Deffi  bekerja sebagai project officer di Dubai Global Village, United Arab Emirates dan sebagai project secretary di Southeast Asian Food and Agricultural Science and Technology (SEAFAST) Center. Deffi pernah menjadi duta mahasiswa Universitas Tohoku untuk perwakilan dari Taiwan (2008). Deffi juga pernah magang di Arnotts’s Indonesia di tahun 2004 dan Indonesian Center for Agriculture Socio Economics and Policy Studies (ICASEPS) di tahun 2010.
